Plan

The deployment roadmap

An ordered intention, not a promise of dates.

Horizons are indicative and relative because the real calendar depends on real political access and the availability of risk-covered capital. A market can be advanced or delayed according to those two variables.

Consolidation

Consolidate Cameroon as demonstrator; install holding governance and the think tank; secure Mauritian structuring; refine doctrine and contract models.

Wave 1

Enter Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal (OHADA / UEMOA proximity); run phases one to four; validate replicability outside Cameroon.

Wave 2

Ghana, Kenya then Nigeria: ECOWAS and EAC beachheads; scale and digital adoption; progressive activation of the finance layer.

Waves 3–4

East and Southern depth (Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda); Northern industrial powers (Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia) on an export and compliance positioning.

Swarming

Each mature affiliate feeds the next — proof, talent, contracts; continental densification and rise of stratum six (AfCFTA).

Group dashboard

One consolidated view; common definitions.

The holding consolidates layer indicators into an overall view. Definitions are common; targets are set by market and by horizon.

FootprintNumber of active affiliates; countries with signed protocol; regional blocks covered

Immediate priorities

Five first moves to start execution.

01

Secure the holding

Confirm registration status and substance in Mauritius; lock down governance and protection of the “[Country]trade Pass” trademarks.

02

Install steering

Activate the think tank (ten commissions) and recruit the high-priority leadership roles: COO, CTO, CFO, public affairs, partnerships, legal / IP.

03

Make the Cameroon proof auditable

Have the declared indicators audited, to hold evidence enforceable with investors and states.

04

Prepare Wave 1

Launch phase-zero qualification on Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal; commission the ethnographic due diligence.

05

Structure the round

Formalise the investment thesis and open dialogue with impact investors and development finance institutions.
